Mido Silver – Return & Refund Policy

At Mido Silver, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist. Please review the following return and refund guidelines carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Items must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Note: Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they are damaged or faulty.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer service team:

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email:

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
  • If rejected, you will be notified and no refund will be issued.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a description and photos. Once confirmed, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

To exchange an item (e.g., different size or color), contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same conditions as returns.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards
