Returns & Refund

We gladly accept exchanges within 3 days of receiving your item, whether you need a different size or prefer another product.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Please contact us on Whatsapp to request an exchange before sending back the item.
Exchange must be for an item of equal or higher value

Returns

Please note: Returns are only accepted if the item is not as described or does not match the product details provided at the time of purchase.

In such cases:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging
- Once approved and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 15 business days if the order was paid online

  - Sale items can only be exchanged for items of equal or higher value
  - Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange
  - Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
