We currently ship to all locations within Egypt. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping costs are determined by the delivery location within Egypt:

  • Local Deliveries (within 6 October City): 50 EGP
  • Nationwide Deliveries: Shipping fees range between 50 and 75 EGP, depending on the destination.

The total shipping fee will be displayed during the checkout process.

3. Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 2 days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and may be affected by factors such as public holidays or unforeseen delays with the courier.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery. You can also check the status of your order through your account on our website.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or multiple failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for a re-delivery, and additional shipping charges may apply.
